• Necessary announcements for candidates who have gained the right to final registration will be published on the University's website; no separate notification will be sent to candidates.
• In accordance with Article 12 of the Fırat University Graduate Education and Training Directive, announcements will be removed from the University's website thirty days after the date of publication.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidates to be accepted into graduate programs must have the status of "foreign national student" as determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Accordingly, applications from those who have acquired Turkish citizenship as a second nationality, and those who were Turkish citizens and acquired foreign citizenship as a second nationality, cannot be evaluated within the scope of this Directive.

2. For candidates who have obtained their undergraduate degree from higher education institutions abroad, the condition of the higher education institution from which they graduated being recognized by YÖK is required.

3. Applicants to programs in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, and health sciences must submit a "Certificate of Equivalence" from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) confirming that their graduating higher education institution is recognized as equivalent.

4. Graduates of undergraduate programs are eligible for master's programs; applicants to doctoral programs must hold a bachelor's degree of at least ten semesters from medical, dental, veterinary medicine, and pharmacy faculties (excluding preparatory classes), as well as graduates of thesis-based master's programs. Applicants to doctoral programs must have a minimum score of 55 on a foreign language exam recognized by YÖK or an equivalent score on a foreign language exam recognized by ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center), in addition to their native language. For students enrolled in Turkish-language postgraduate programs who are recipients of scholarships from the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the Turkish proficiency certificate submitted during registration or after completing their Turkish preparatory education will be accepted as proof of foreign language proficiency. Failure to submit documents on time will result in the student's expulsion from the institute.

5. The candidate must not have received any disciplinary penalties from a higher education institution in Turkey.
APPLICATION PROCESS AND APPLICATION APPROVAL
1. Applications will be accepted through https://fint.firat.edu.tr/ on the announced dates. Applications made via email or post will absolutely not be processed.
2. The application information and documents uploaded by the candidates through the https://fint.firat.edu.tr/ system are reviewed by the "Application Review Committee" established by the relevant Institute, and application approval is given on the application system for those deemed appropriate. This committee checks the recognition of the higher education institution from which the candidate graduated by YÖK (Council of Higher Education) and uploads the recognition certificate through the system.
3. In case of errors or omissions in the application information and documents, the relevant institute directorate may grant the candidate additional time to correct the errors or omissions in accordance with the application and registration calendar. If the error or deficiency is not corrected within the specified time, the application will be rejected, and the candidate's affiliation with the institute will be terminated even if they have been accepted into the program.
4. Receiving application approval does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
The following documents must be uploaded to the system during the application process:
1. For applications to master's programs; a certified copy of the undergraduate diploma and undergraduate transcript by Turkish diplomatic missions or a notary public, and a certified Turkish translation by Turkish diplomatic missions or a notary public.
2. For applications to doctoral programs; a certified copy of the undergraduate and graduate diplomas and undergraduate and graduate transcripts by Turkish diplomatic missions or a notary public, and a certified Turkish translation by Turkish diplomatic missions or a notary public. 3. Valid Turkish language certificate, if any.
4. Valid foreign language certificate.
5. Passport copy.
6. If required as a program application condition, the latest ALES, GRE, or GMAT score.
